Project Description

The project is implemented in the districts of; Luwero and Mubende District targeting 10-24years Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) with a main goal to; “Reduce the incidence of new HIV cases among Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) between the ages of 10 to 24 years”. The Project is funded by PEPFAR through Center for Disease Control and through Mildmay Uganda. The project is implemented in 10 Sub Counties of Mubende District namely; Mubende Municipality, Kiyuni, Madudu, Butoloogo, Bagezza, Kigando, Kibalinga, Nabingoola, Kasambya and Kitenga. The project runs from 1^st October 2018 to 30^th September 2023.

Participation in the National Events: NIFAED ED and Perfection Centre Manager presenting a gift to the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister. Nabanja Robinah after inspecting NIFAED stall during the HIV/AIDS Symposium at Nakawa Business School.
